We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive with experience in accounting and commercial documentation, preferably in the garment or apparel industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting software, GST, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer invoices, bills, and packing slips.
- Handle sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain purchase orders (POs), sales records, and vendor accounts.
- Prepare and verify GST invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Verify vendor invoices, payment details, and expense claims.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and purchase departments.




- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.

Requirements
- Graduate in B.Com or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience in the garment, textile, or apparel industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally/Busy or other accounting software.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, GST, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
