Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of basic accounting, GST-related activities, and Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage invoices, payment records, receipts, and vouchers.
- Handle GST-related work, including documentation, returns, and filing coordination.
- Record accounting entries and maintain ledgers using Tally Prime.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain proper financial records, reports, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.




- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Positive knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST and related documentation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Knowledge of invoicing, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, organizational, and numerical skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification preferred.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Work Location: Village Raniya, Alamgir Road, Ludhiana, Punjab

Timings : 10:00 Am to 07:00 Pm
