Job Responsibilities – Account Executive (Navi Mumbai)

- Manage corporate and group accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities to expand the hotel’s client base.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts in line with hotel policies.
- Coordinate with operations, front office, and F&B; teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor account performance and maintain accurate records in the sales system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to contribute to overall sales strategy and brand positioning.
