- Billing

- Prepare and process customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Verify invoices against purchase orders, agreements, and supporting documents.

- Ensure accurate and timely billing for all business transactions.

- Maintain proper records of invoices and customer accounts.

Payment

Follow-up &

- Collections

- Follow up with customers and corporate clients for outstanding payments.

- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of dues.

- Maintain an ageing report of outstanding invoices.

- Escalate overdue payments to the reporting manager and concerned departments.

- Coordinate with customers to resolve payment delays and discrepancies.

3.

Account

Reconciliation

- Reconcile customer accounts, bank receipts, and ledger balances.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.

- Track short payments, deductions, and unidentified receipts.

- Ensure accurate accounting entries for customer receipts.

4. Reporting &

- MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable reports.





- Maintain customer-wise outstanding and ageing reports.

- Share collection updates and overdue payment details with management.

- Track collection targets and report deviations.

5.

Internal

Coordination

- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and other departments regarding billing and collections.

- Ensure timely resolution of invoice disputes and billing queries.

- Support month-end closing activities and provide receivable-related reports.

- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

6. ERP &

- Documentation

- Record invoices, receipts, and adjustments in the accounting software or ERP.

- Maintain updated customer records and payment details.

- Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and readily available for audits.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
