Key Responsibilities

Record Maintenance

- Maintaining proper books of accounts
- Investment accounting along with its proper documentation
- Payroll checking and its tax working

Accounts Payable and Receivable

- Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure payables and receivables are functioning as per the set protocols and identify the improvement areas.

Reconciliation

- Bank, Vendors and customer’s ledger reconciliation.
- GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation
- Investment accounting and closing

Financial and other Reporting

- Balance sheets and profit/loss accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS
- Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax
- Prepaid schedule

Auditing

- Coordination with internal and external auditors to provide requirements

Compliance

- Tax compliances including direct tax, TDS, TCS, GST and RERA
- Compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.

Soft Skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Robust ethics to handle sensitive financial information honestly
- Communication and presentation abilities
