- Welcome customers visiting the workshop and understand their accessories requirement.
- Explain the features, perks, and prices of car accessories.
- Sell genuine car accessories such as seat covers, floor mats, mud flaps, and parking sensors.
- Achieve daily and monthly accessory sales targets.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for accessory installation.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the stores department.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and daily sales reports.
- Promote additional accessories to increase sales revenue.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty-related issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
