Job Summary

Sai Service, a Maruti Suzuki NEXA dealership in Kottayam, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Accessories In-Charge to manage vehicle accessories sales, inventory, team coordination, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in automobile accessories sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the vehicle accessories department.
- Promote and sell genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accessories are offered to customers during vehicle booking and delivery.
- Explain available accessories, features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Achieve monthly accessories sales targets and improve accessories revenue.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of accessories.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, billing, and accessories-related records.
- Coordinate with the service team and accessory fitment team to ensure timely and quality installation.
- Ensure accessories are fitted according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, slow-moving items, and inventory availability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve accessories-related customer concerns.




- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, processes, and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma holder; candidates with relevant automobile industry experience will be preferred.
- Prior experience in automobile accessories sales, inventory management, or dealership operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of car accessories, pricing, stock management, and sales processes will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, service, and other dealership teams.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel and billing or inventory systems.
- Target-oriented approach with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
