- Conduct virtual and in-person counseling sessions to guide students on course selection, admission processes, and career alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align outreach strategies with enrollment targets and student personas.
- Track and manage student enrollment pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion optimization.
- Deliver insightful feedback to product and curriculum teams based on student inquiries, pain points,



and emerging academic trends.
- Represent the brand professionally at education fairs, school visits, and partner events across assigned regions.
