We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our Sales Team in Noida.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career requirements, explaining suitable programs, following up with interested candidates, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Explain relevant courses, curriculum, program benefits, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Handle inbound and assigned leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build professional relationships with prospective learners.
- Address candidate queries and provide accurate information about the programs.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective communication and counselling.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in regular training sessions and improve product and sales knowledge.





Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation in any stream is required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, education sales, EdTech, or counselling will be preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional approach.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work from the office in Noida.
