We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Associates to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand career aspirations and recommend suitable upskilling programs.
- Explain program curriculum, mentorship, projects, and key advantages.
- Follow up with leads, address queries, and drive course enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue,



and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, B2C sales, business development, or academic counselling.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
