We’re looking for driven, communication-focused professionals who can build strong student relationships, manage sales conversations, and convert opportunities into successful admissions.

As an Academic Counsellor , you will be responsible for managing prospective student enquiries, understanding their career goals, providing the right academic guidance, and driving enrolments through effective follow-ups and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound student enquiries
- Counsel prospective students on teacher training and professional programs
- Build relationships and maintain structured follow-ups
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams throughout the enrolment journey
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or EdTech preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and closing ability
- Target-driven with excellent follow-up discipline
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are also encouraged to apply
