Role Overview

Guardian Angel Institute of Caregiving is seeking a seasoned Academic Counselor. You will serve as the bridge between the institute’s global standards and our local community, ensuring that prospective students and their families clearly understand the value of a professional caregiving education.

Key Responsibilities

Bilingual Counseling: Conduct detailed counseling sessions in Malayalam or English for local or out of State students/ parents and international program explanations.

End-to-End Admissions: Manage the enrollment lifecycle, ensuring that language is never a barrier to a student’s understanding of the course terms or fees.

Local Outreach: Represent the institute at local educational fairs and community events, confidently presenting our mission in the native tongue.

Content Localization:



Occasionally assist in translating or reviewing marketing materials to ensure the Malayalam messaging is culturally resonant and professional.

Target Achievement: Leverage your 3 years of experience to hit enrollment targets through persuasive, trust-based communication.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in academic counseling or student recruitment.

Empathy & Patience: The ability to listen to the concerns of students and provide guidance that aligns with their career aspirations.

CRM Expertise: Experience tracking leads and maintaining student databases.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is someone who can switch effortlessly between a qualified English presentation and a warm, reassuring Malayalam conversation. You should understand the local educational landscape in Kerala and be able to address common concerns parents have regarding healthcare careers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
