Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal – Generic

We are looking for an experienced and capable Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal to support the Principal in managing the school's academic and administrative activities. The candidate will ensure effective curriculum implementation, monitor teaching quality, guide teachers and maintain high standards of student performance and discipline.

Work Role:

- Coordinate academic activities and ensure effective curriculum implementation.
- Supervise teachers and monitor classroom teaching and learning outcomes.
- Support lesson planning, academic scheduling and syllabus completion.
- Monitor student performance, examinations, assessments and academic records.
- Conduct teacher meetings, training sessions and academic reviews.
- Guide teachers in improving teaching methods and classroom management.
- Maintain student discipline and promote a positive learning workplace.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, the Principal and school management.
- Assist in admissions, timetable preparation, school events and daily operations.
- Support the implementation of school policies and academic improvement plans.
