Good experience of 4G/5G Network architecture and Network Management principles

Expertise on OAM modules development and testing for both RAN and Core

Experience with O-RAN O1 and related FM/PM and CM modules and data models

Experience with multi-threading and multi-processing architectures on Linux

Positive knowledge of build environments (makefiles) and Continuous Integration/Continuous

Deployment systems

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Container platforms

Data Formats & Protocols :

- ASN.1
- XML, JSON, YAML: Common data serialization formats.
- HTTP(S): Web protocols.
- SNMP: Simple Network Management Protocol.
- Kafka: Distributed streaming platform (for logging, metrics, event processing)

- Netconf and Yang

C/C++ (especially C++11), Python & OO Concepts 12 years 4G/5G OAM product development experience

Additional years of driving delivery of 4G/5G OAM development programs
