Description

- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing for ServiceNow Telecom solutions.
- Validate end-to-end telecom business processes across ServiceNow TSM, TNI, and OMT modules.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Validate integrations between ServiceNow applications and external telecom systems.

Contribute to test automation initiatives using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
