Description

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Implement and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Knowledge Base, and Workflow/Flow Designer solutions.
- Create and optimize integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
- Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and instance maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
- Support testing activities, deployment, and post-production stabilization
