About the Role

We are looking for a 3D Visualiser with strong experience in interior design visualization to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent skills in SketchUp and D5 Render and be able to create realistic, detailed, and presentation-ready interior visuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D interior models using SketchUp based on 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and design concepts.
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic interior renders using D5 Render.
- Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
- Translate design concepts and drawings accurately into 3D visualizations.
- Work closely with interior designers to understand and execute the design intent.
- Prepare different views and perspectives for client presentations and design approvals.
- Make revisions based on designer and client feedback.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, proportions, materials, colours, finishes, and detailing.
- Create realistic daylight and artificial lighting setups.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure that 3D visuals reflect the latest design and drawing updates.
- Maintain organized 3D models, textures, assets, and project files.
- Deliver renders and visualization work within project timelines.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization,



preferably in interior design.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp – Mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in D5 Render – Mandatory.
- Good understanding of interior design, furniture, materials, lighting, and spatial detailing.
- Ability to understand and interpret 2D interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials such as wood, veneer, stone, marble, glass, metal, fabrics, laminates, etc.
- Strong understanding of scale, proportion, composition, lighting, and colour.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Portfolio of interior visualization work is required.

Additional Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production is an advantage.
- Experience in creating high-end residential interior visualizations will be an added advantage.
