Role Description The 3D Designer role at Spline Communication is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The 3D Designer will create high-quality 3D concepts and visualizations for exhibition stalls, event spaces, retail environments, and branded interiors, aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Day-to-day work includes developing 3D models, applying materials and lighting, preparing renderings and walkthroughs,



and collaborating closely with graphic designers, project managers, and production teams. The role involves refining designs based on feedback, ensuring technical feasibility for fabrication, and preparing detailed design files and documentation for execution. The 3D Designer will also support pitch presentations, contribute creative ideas for experiential branding, and maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for spaces such as exhibition stalls, events, retail environments and interiors.
- Strong understanding of Lighting for 3D environments, including realistic illumination, material behavior, and visual impact in physical spaces.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design for layouts, branding elements, and integration of visual identity into 3D concepts.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard 3D and design tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, prepare detailed design documentation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Experience in exhibition design, event branding, or commercial interiors
