Responsibilities 3D Visualizer / 3D Artist

- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations for interior design and architectural projects, including commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential spaces.

- Develop detailed 3D models based on AutoCAD drawings, design concepts, mood boards, and material references.

- Produce realistic renders with strong attention to lighting, materials, textures, proportions, and overall design aesthetics.

- Work closely with interior designers and architects to translate design concepts into compelling visual presentations.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of interior detailing, furniture, finishes, materials, and spatial planning.

- Create and refine 3D views based on internal design reviews and client feedback while maintaining design accuracy.

- Develop realistic lighting environments, camera compositions, and material applications to achieve professional-quality renders.





- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality visualizations within agreed timelines.

- Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques, rendering technologies, and design trends.

- Ensure consistency between approved design concepts, technical drawings, and final 3D visualizations.

Technical Skills

- Required: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer / V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop.

- Preferred: SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, or Enscape.

- Strong skills in 3D modelling, lighting, texturing, material mapping, and post-production.

- Valuable understanding of interior design, architectural detailing, and construction materials.

- Ability to independently develop photorealistic renders from 2D drawings and design references.
