Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the company's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, and international finance requirements, including GST, TDS, and US compliance .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, receivables and payables.
- Handle end-to-end GST compliance , returns, reconciliations and related queries.
- Manage TDS compliance , deductions, payments, returns and certificates.
- Manage monthly salary processing , payroll-related records and statutory deductions.
- Ensure timely PF and ESIC payments, filings, reconciliations and statutory compliance .
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and other statutory authorities.
- Manage international transactions, foreign currency accounting and related documentation.
- Handle/coordinate US accounting and compliance ,



including coordination with US CFAs.
- Prepare fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS and financial reports .
- Prepare financial data, analysis and presentations required for fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual management meetings .
- Prepare cash-flow statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and maintain proper financial records.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and identify compliance risks.

Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and US taxation .
- Exposure to US accounting/compliance and international transactions preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho / Wave and MS Excel .
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
- CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance will be an advantage.
