Role Description The Accounts and Commercial Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

1. Maintenance of company's books of accounts
2. TDS return filing
3. GST returns
4. Creation and maintenance of internal company business reports for management review
5. Export documentation: Creation of POs, commercial export invoice, packing list, etc.
6. Export related bank documentation (example:



LC and TT related documentation)
7. Creation of bank & basic legal documentation (affidavits, agreements, etc.,) required in day-to-day business operations

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of accounting, TDS and
- Hands on experience using accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho, etc.
- Ability to manage company relations with bank, auditor and external entities relevant for financial activities of the company
- Detail orientation and financial acumen

Experience Required Min. 3-5 yrs of accouting experience

Prior knowledge or experience with export documentation is not required. Candidate without prior knowledge will be trained on these activities

Qualifications

B.Com or B.B.A - full-time mode of education only

Master's qualification will be preferred

Any professional certifications such as CMA will be a plus.

Work Mode

Fully on-site. Local travel within Kolkata will be involved based on business requirements.
