G-TEC Education, Anna Nagar is looking for a Full-Time Accounting & Advanced Excel Trainer to join our training team.

We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of Tally Prime and Advanced Excel, along with excellent communication and student-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical classroom training on Tally Prime, Accounting and Advanced Excel.
- Explain accounting concepts using easy, real-world examples.
- Train students in Tally Prime, including GST, TDS, vouchers, ledgers, company creation and other accounting functions.
- Train students in Advanced Excel, including formulas, functions, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, charts and other advanced features.
- Handle student doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Monitor student progress and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain a positive, professional and engaging classroom environment.
- Prepare practical exercises and assignments for students.

Required Skills
- Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Positive practical knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Tally and Excel software is preferred for experienced candidates.




- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong student-handling and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Additional Advantage
- Knowledge of SAP / SAP FICO will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience as a Trainer, Faculty or Instructor is preferred.
- Practical accounting or finance experience will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduates/Diploma holders from Commerce, Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA or related backgrounds are preferred.
- Freshers can also apply if they have strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Advanced Excel and possess good communication and student-handling skills.
