KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRE A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF SAP / TALLY and ERP-based accounting systems

Accounting Systems & Master Data Management

- Set up and maintain the Chart of Accounts, cost centers, accounting schedules, customer/vendor/employee masters and General Ledger masters in SAP and Tally, as applicable. SAP will be the primary ERP/accounting system, with Tally maintained as a parallel/support accounting tool during the transition period.

Customer Billing & Accounts Receivable Vendor Accounting & Accounts Payable

Fixed Asset Management

Inventory Accounting & Controls

Banking, Treasury & Payments

- Manage domestic vendor payments and overseas vendor, parent-company and affiliate remittances, including applicable Form 15CA/15CB, A2 forms,



undertakings and bank documentation.

Payroll & Employee-Related Payments Statutory Compliance & Taxation

- Coordinate timely compliance and payments for Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, TDS/withholding tax, advance tax, GST and other applicable statutory requirements.

Cash Flow & Fund Management Financial & Management Reporting

- Coordinate monthly financial results, Profit & Loss Statement, asset/liability schedules and other closing reports.

Audit, ECB & Regulatory Support Team Development & Supervision
