Role Description The Accounting Intern will support day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including assisting with bookkeeping, preparing and posting journal entries, and helping maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities include supporting the preparation and review of basic financial statements, updating spreadsheets and reports, and assisting with the use of accounting software for data entry and reconciliations. The intern will help with routine administrative tasks related to finance, such as organizing documents, verifying transaction details,



and supporting straightforward analyses for internal reporting. This is an internship role based in Vadodara with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility.

The role is designed to provide practical, supervised experience and exposure to business operations within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and the ability to apply Analytical Skills to interpret basic financial data.
- Understanding of Financial Statements and how they reflect business performance.
- Ability to prepare and record Journal Entries (Accounting) accurately and systematically.
- Familiarity with Accounting Software and comfort with learning new digital tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, reliability in handling numbers, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Vadodara, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with the team.
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel or Google Sheets; prior internship or project experience in accounting is a plus.
