Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Financial Analysis Trainer with solid practical knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, taxation, and accounting software. The candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom-based training that equips learners with the practical skills required for accounting operations, financial analysis, and business decision-making.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Tally, Zoho Books, GST filing, and financial analysis. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom-based training in Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and practical accounting applications.

- Prepare and analyse Cash Flow Statements using both Direct and Indirect Methods.
- Perform and explain ratio analysis, including liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios.
- Interpret financial statements and trends to assess business performance and support financial decision-making.
- Provide hands-on training in accounting software, including Tally and Zoho Books.
- Train learners in GST fundamentals, GST return preparation, and filing procedures.
- Demonstrate practical accounting processes, including bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Develop practical exercises, assignments, case studies, and assessments to evaluate learner progress.
- Provide guidance on real-world accounting and financial management scenarios.




- Monitor learner performance and ensure effective knowledge transfer through practical, application-oriented training.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of Financial Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis.

- Expertise in Cash Flow Statements, Ratio Analysis, and Financial Trend Analysis.
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books.
- Practical knowledge of GST compliance, return preparation, and filing procedures.
- Understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver structured, engaging, and practical classroom sessions.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

- Relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or financial analysis is essential.

- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is preferred.
- Practical experience with accounting software and financial reporting is highly desirable.

Additional Advantage

- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.

- Experience in developing financial dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Ability to demonstrate data-driven financial analysis and reporting techniques.

Employment Requirements

- Must be willing to work full-time from the training location in Kurukshetra, Haryana.

- Must be available to conduct regular offline classroom training sessions.
- Should be committed to practical learning, learner engagement, and industry-relevant skill development.
