Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter preferred (not mandatory)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations
Experience
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Experience in handling manufacturing, trading, or agricultural businesses preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of GST filing
- TDS calculation and filing
- Income Tax compliance
- Bank reconciliation
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- E-invoicing and E-way bill generation
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
- Inventory accounting
- Payroll support
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities
- MIS reporting to management
