About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with practical knowledge of Tally, GST, billing, bank reconciliation, purchase/sales accounting and day-to-day accounting operations .

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's accounting, GST and billing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices
- Handle GST billing and GST-related accounting
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense and payment records
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliation
- Manage accounts receivable and payable records
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions
- Reconcile marketplace settlements and transactions from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and other marketplaces
- Check marketplace deductions, commissions, returns, refunds and other adjustments
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
- Assist with GST returns and GST reconciliation




- Coordinate with CA / tax consultant whenever required
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports
- Maintain proper records for audits and compliance
- Handle other day-to-day accounting responsibilities as required

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
- Knowledge of GST and GST billing
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in bank reconciliation
- Experience in customer/vendor ledger reconciliation
- Knowledge of sales and purchase accounting
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Experience with e-commerce accounting / marketplace reconciliation will be an advantage
- Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally and GST are encouraged to apply
