Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and taxation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Manage GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain general ledger and prepare trial balance.
- Support the preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors,



and internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and statutory records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with invoicing, ledger maintenance, and general accounting.
- Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with GST return filing and TDS returns.
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bills.
