Job Title: Accountant – Accounts & Data Management : Singh Enterprises is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the company's complete accounting operations, financial records, statements, and business data.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage all company accounts and financial records.

- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and yearly account statements.
- Manage sales, purchases, cash transactions, bank transactions, and expenses.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and outstanding payment records.
- Handle bank statements, bank reconciliation, and transaction records.
- Manage all business data, invoices, bills, vouchers, and important documents.
- Maintain accurate records using Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Prepare regular financial reports and provide account summaries whenever required.




- Ensure all financial data is accurate, properly organized, and up to date.

Requirements

- Experience in accounting and financial data management preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, banking, and bookkeeping.
- Valuable understanding of account statements, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
