We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and compliance-related tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, supporting month-end closing, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries, purchase entries, and expense accounting.

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports.

- Verify invoices, bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.





- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment and accounting discrepancies.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

- 24 years of experience in accounting and finance.

- Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and reconciliations.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.

- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting activities.Role & responsibilities
