- ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE :

Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and send accurate sales invoices, debit notes, and credit memos in accordance with company pricing policies. Generate E-invoicing & E-way bills.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP) Management: Monitor customer/vendor accounts, track aging, process receipts, and execute debt collection for overdue balances. Monitor timely payment of vendors as per credit cycle.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile sales/purchase ledger accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and manage bank reconciliation.
- Tax Compliance: Handle the calculation and reporting of sales taxes, GST (Goods and Services Tax),



and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) where applicable.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly AR/AP aging reports, revenue performance metrics, and variance analyses for management.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com).
- Experience: 2–3 years in AR/AP, revenue accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are highly valued.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent negotiation capabilities for collections, and effective communication across departments.
