We are looking for an experienced Accountant with robust accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in an Advertising Agency, Event Management Company, or related service industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, project-wise financial tracking, MIS reporting, and financial coordination with clients, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle Tally and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, MIS reports, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor client outstanding payments, vendor bills, and supplier payments.
- Track project-wise income, expenses, budgets, and profitability.
- Handle accounting for advertising campaigns, event production, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Verify client invoices, vendor quotations, purchase bills, event expenses, and payment records.
- Manage client billing, advance payments, event settlements, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accounts for printing, fabrication, production, manpower, venue rentals, logistics,



and other event-related expenses.
- Coordinate with project managers, creative teams, vendors, and management for financial documentation and budget control.
- Support management in financial reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and decision-making.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com preferred; CA Inter will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in an Advertising Agency, Event Management Company, Media, Marketing, or related service industry will be strongly preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, and MS Excel.
- Experience in client billing, vendor payments, purchase accounting, and customer/vendor account reconciliation.
- Knowledge of project-wise expense tracking, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently handle accounting responsibilities and meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
