We are looking for an Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience, primarily responsible for handling day-to-day finance transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong transaction-handling skills, attention to detail, and a valuable understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and process day-to-day finance and account transactions.

- Manage incoming and outgoing payments and receipts.

- Verify and record financial transactions accurately.

- Monitor bank transactions and maintain proper transaction records.

- Prepare and process payment requests, invoices, receipts, and expense entries.

- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.

- Track outstanding payments and receivables.

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment and transaction-related matters.





- Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies.

- Assist in maintaining monthly financial reports and statements.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of finance-related records.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts / Transaction Processing.

- Strong understanding of financial transactions and accounting processes.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

- Good numerical and analytical skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
