About the Role:

Relaxo Footwears Limited is looking for a dynamic and analytical Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts team at the Corporate Office, Rohini (Delhi). The ideal candidate should have experience in FP&A;, Retail Accounting, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and SAP, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities and business performance monitoring.
- Manage retail store accounting, franchise accounting, and revenue reconciliations.
- Handle invoice processing, vendor payments, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and support financial reporting activities.
- Work on SAP for accounting, reporting, and reconciliation processes.





Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory), M.Com preferred, with working knowledge of SAP.
- Experience: 5+ years in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in FP&A;, Retail Accounting, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry will be preferred.
