Role Description The Accountant role at Kessel Sauber is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing journal entries, and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions. The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Responsibilities also include preparing financial statements and reports,



supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, coordination with external auditors and consultants, and continuous improvement of accounting processes to support efficient business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid MS Excel skills.
- Understanding of local tax regulations, statutory compliances, and audit processes.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; skilled certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment sectors is beneficial.
