Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST calculations, GST returns, and TDS-related work.
- Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
- Manage petty cash and record daily expenses.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records using Tally or other accounting software.
- Assist with month-end closing and audit documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or a relevant accounting qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial entries.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounting will be preferred.
