Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP or similar software.
- Maintain general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and related documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain documentation for financial records and audit purposes.
