We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to handle billing, commercial documentation, order processing, and day-to-day coordination with various departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in invoicing, packing slips, POs, pick lists, e-way bills, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate customer invoices and packing slips accurately.

- Prepare and update pick lists.

- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales POs.

- Prepare and maintain PT files as per company requirements.

- Generate e-way bills and other dispatch-related documents.

- Verify party name, order details, quantity, product details, rates, and other information before generating documents.

- Maintain proper records of invoices, packing slips, POs, pick lists, and PT files.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Production, and Dispatch teams.

- Handle documentation for multiple customers and orders simultaneously.





- Ensure all documents are completed and updated within the required timelines.

- Maintain daily work records and documentation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Billing, Commercial, Accounts, Sales Coordination, or Documentation.

- Good knowledge of Invoice, Packing Slip, PO, and Pick List preparation.

- Experience with e-way bill generation is preferred.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

- Knowledge of ERP / Billing / Inventory software will be an advantage.

- Good typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple orders and documentation simultaneously.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates with Garments / Apparel industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
