We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial documentation for Floor Collections, Ottappalam.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments and expense entries.
- Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist with GST/VAT-related records, tax documentation and compliance.
- Prepare daily, monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for all transactions.
- Coordinate with management regarding accounts and financial matters.

Requirements

- Qualification in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or a related field.




- 1-3 Years of experience in accounting or a similar role preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, taxation and basic accounting principles.
- Good numerical, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.
