Position: Accountant

Hemratan Construction Company LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and project-related accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
- Handle GST entries, TDS records, and other statutory documentation.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related work.
- Maintain project-wise expenses, contractor bills, and vendor payments.
- Verify purchase bills, site expenses, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, banks, and internal teams.




- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in finalizing accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate accounting records.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience: Relevant experience in accounting; construction industry experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Salary Salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
