About FX Retina FX Retina is a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through paid advertising, social media marketing, and digital growth strategies.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, track payments and expenses, and coordinate with our Chartered Accountant (CA) for tax-related matters and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and records of income, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Manage client invoices, payment tracking, vendor bills, and expense records.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with payroll calculations, salary records, and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly expense summaries and basic financial reports.
- Organise and maintain financial documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting records.
- Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for taxation, compliance, and financial documentation.
- Track outstanding payments and maintain updated financial records.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality,



and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, or MBA Finance.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial management.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and practical accounting knowledge may apply.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage financial records responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
