COZYKO is a home textiles brand selling on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Snapdeal and Meesho. We need an experienced accountant to keep our marketplace sales and purchase books in Tally and reconcile portal payments.
What You'll Do
- Record sales, returns and purchases from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Snapdeal in Tally.
- Reconcile portal settlements with orders, returns and bank credits, and flag shortfalls and wrong deductions.
- Book commissions, fees, ad charges, TCS and TDS as separate entries.
- Share a monthly reconciliation and variance report by portal.
Must have
- Prior hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace accounting.
- Tally (Prime or ERP 9), mandatory.
- Understanding of how marketplace settlements, returns, RTOs and GST TCS work.
- GST filing knowledge: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for settlement files and pivots.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoho Books, Unicommerce or EasyEcom is a plus.
Terms
- Engagement: Freelance, part-time. Can be done alongside a full-time job.
- Mode: Hybrid, 3 days a week at our office in Sanganer, Jaipur, the rest remote. You must be able to commute there.
- Hours: Adaptable timings, evenings and weekends are fine, with firm monthly deadlines
- Fee: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience
