- Maintain daily accounting entries, cash book, purchase/sales bills, and vendor/customer ledgers.
- Handle stock management of fabrics, trims, accessories, packing materials, and finished garments.
- Maintain material inward/outward records and issue materials to production against authorized requisitions.
- Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and material quantities.
- Maintain stock registers and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Track material consumption, wastage, and finished-goods inventory.
- Manage petty cash, payment/receipt records, and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain GST-related documents and coordinate with the CA as required.
- Prepare daily accounting and stock reports for management.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
