Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and returns.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
- Prepare outstanding payment and collection reports.




- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant accounting qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
