Ceramic Plaza is looking for a responsible, organised, and experienced Back Office & Accounts Executive to manage daily billing, accounts-related work, and logistics coordination.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle regular billing, invoicing, and back-office operations.
- Manage daily billing and transactions using Vyapar Software.
- Maintain sales records, purchase entries, and accounts-related documentation.
- Coordinate with auto drivers, transporters, and logistics personnel for timely material dispatch and delivery.
- Track vehicle movements, loading schedules, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team, godown staff, and accounts department.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in back-office operations,



billing, or accounts.
- Practical knowledge of Vyapar Software and regular billing procedures.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage logistics, auto drivers, and transporters efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and responsibility.

? Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently manage daily billing, maintain proper records, and coordinate logistics without constant supervision.
