Material Management

· Ensure timely availability of resources by collecting material requisition slips and issuing materials, for uninterrupted construction activities.

· Enhance accountability and reduce wastage by implementing a system for the return of materials, for cost savings.

· Address immediate site needs promptly through emergency purchases also preventing project delays.

· Streamline inventory management and improve material tracking efficiency by maintaining accurate recipient records.

· Facilitate better planning and resource allocation by regularly verifying stock to ensure the correctness of inventory levels.

Financial Coordination

· Ensure compliance with financial protocols and timely wage distribution by obtaining signature from respective person for labour payments.

· Provide up-to-date financial records aiding in transparent accounting practices by coordinating with engineers for data entry in Tally.

· Maintain regulatory compliance and avoid potential legal issues by managing TDS for payments.

· Ensure proper financial reporting and budget tracking by sending payment details to the Regional Office.

· Guarantee that all financial transactions are accounted for and reconciled by following up on the abstract submission.

Quality Control

· Ensure best construction outcomes by inspecting the quality of incoming materials so that only high-standard products are used.

· Allow for effective tracking of material usage and cost control by keeping detailed records of material issues and receipts.

· Enhance transparency with a transparent audit trail of material movement by preparing MRN and MIN documents.





· Ensure project requirements are met consistently by conducting periodic stock verification to confirm the quality and quantity of materials on hand.

· Maintain the client satisfaction by implementing quality checks for outgoing materials.

Site Operations

· Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and secure supply chain integrity by overseeing loading and unloading processes with E-way bill verification.

· Improve worker satisfaction and productivity on site by providing proper facilities like labour sheds.

· Demonstrate commitment to worker safety and reduce downtime by taking immediate care in case of accidents.

· Prevent operational disruptions due to equipment failure with regular vehicle condition checks.

· Contribute to team morale by managing site pooja arrangements which fosters a positive work environment.

Reporting & Documentation

· Inform the progress and challenges, enabling proactive problem-solving by reporting daily activities to the project manager.

· Do effective resource planning and reduce the risk of stockouts or overstocking by maintaining accurate stock records.

· Help in strategic decision-making with a complete overview of resource utilization by sending monthly reports to the Regional Office.

· Ensure that all financial activities are transparent and compliant with regulations by assisting in audit preparations.

· Provide an accurate financial picture, essential for budgeting and forecasting, by reconciling store statements monthly.

Continuous Improvement

· Optimize inventory management by maintaining minimum stock levels which reduces carrying costs while ensuring resource availability.

· Ensure data accuracy, which is crucial for continuous operational improvement, by regularly updating documentation procedures.
