An AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller is responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding medical bills. The main duties include checking payment status, identifying denied or unpaid claims, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call insurance companies regarding pending and unpaid claims.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, and outstanding claims.
- Verify claim and payment status.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Update patient and insurance information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and claim follow-ups.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives and patients.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
