Role Description The Account Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Account

Manager will manage client accounts, oversee daily accounting activities, and coordinate GST, TDS, and income tax filings. This role involves tracking compliance deadlines, preparing and reviewing financial records, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation.

Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing guidance on taxation and regulatory requirements,



and liaising with internal teams to deliver timely services. The role also includes maintaining strong client relationships, identifying service needs, and supporting audits and statutory submissions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, day-to-day bookkeeping, and financial record management.
- Experience with GST processes, including registration, cancellation, and filing of returns (such as GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and GSTR-9).
- Practical understanding of income tax filing, TDS, payroll processing, and compliance related to ESIC and EPF.
- Skills in client relationship management, communication, and the ability to respond clearly to client queries and advisory needs.
- Proficiency with accounting and tax software tools, MS Excel, and document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work accurately under time constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in taxation or accounting are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a tax consultancy, CA firm, or similar professional services environment is preferred.
