- Handling complete Revenue Cycle Management for clients assigned.
- Preparing and updating SOPs.
- Managing a team of Billers and AR executives and keeping them motivated to give their best
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to client
- Client interaction including monthly review meetings.
- Keeping abreast of changes in Healthcare Billing Industry.
- Analysis of client data and educating the client to help maximize revenue
Ideal candidate would have:
- 7 to 10 years' experience in Medical Billing with hands on experience on Insurance AR Follow up, Denial Handling, Billing, Claims Transmission is a must.
- Valuable communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Should be a team player with excellent people management skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
