Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager – Media & Post-Production to manage client relationships and coordinate media and post-production projects from brief to final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in media, advertising, production, post-production, or a creative agency environment, with a strong understanding of video production workflows and the ability to effectively coordinate between clients, creative teams, editors, designers, and production teams.

The role requires someone who can understand client requirements, translate them into actionable briefs, manage timelines, track deliverables, coordinate revisions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, brand guidelines, and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Handle client communication through calls, meetings, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Proactively update clients on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage client feedback and ensure it is clearly communicated to the internal team.

Media & Post-Production Coordination

- Coordinate end-to-end post-production projects including video editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, graphic design, subtitles, and other post-production requirements.
- Work closely with editors, motion graphic designers, graphic designers, content teams, and production teams.
- Prepare and communicate clear creative and technical briefs to the internal team.




- Track projects from initial brief through review, revisions, approval, and final delivery.
- Ensure all required assets, footage, scripts, references, brand guidelines, and other materials are available before production begins.
- Review deliverables before sharing them with clients to ensure they meet the agreed brief and quality standards.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and priorities.

Project & Timeline Management

- Create and maintain project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate multiple rounds of client feedback and revisions.
- Ensure final deliverables are properly organised, approved, and delivered to clients.
- Maintain records of project status, client feedback, approvals, and pending requirements.

Internal Coordination

- Act as the bridge between clients and creative/post-production teams.
- Conduct regular project follow-ups with relevant teams.
- Ensure there is clarity on scope, deadlines, priorities, and responsibilities.
- Escalate project risks, client concerns, or delivery issues to the appropriate management team.
- Support the team in improving project workflows and client servicing processes.

Account Growth & Support

- Identify opportunities for additional content, production, or creative requirements within existing accounts.
- Support the Business Development and Strategy teams in preparing proposals, estimates, presentations, and client requirements when required.
- Maintain awareness of client business objectives and identify opportunities to strengthen the overall account relationship.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 2+ years of relevant experience in Account Management,



Client Servicing, Production Coordination, Post-Production, Advertising, Media, or Creative Agencies.

- Prior experience working with video production or post-production projects is preferred/required.
- Good understanding of video editing and post-production workflows.
- Familiarity with deliverables such as social media videos, brand films, corporate videos, reels, promotional videos, digital campaigns, and other branded content.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent project coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and communicate requirements effectively to creative teams.
- Robust problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and project management or communication tools.
